Important Store Policies
All Sales Final/No Refunds or ExchangesFurniture Warehouse, the $399 Sofa Store, will always offer you the best selection of value priced merchandise at near wholesale. The selling price is so low that we simply can not give refunds or do exchanges. Please take time to make your selection.
90 Day In Store WarrantyFurniture Warehouse products carry a 90 day in store warranty. This means: If you have any problem with your new furniture due to manufacturer's defect during the first 90 days from the date of purchase simply bring your furniture to our warehouse and we will repair the problem without additional cost to you. We do not provide transportation for warranty service. This warranty is void in the case of misuse, multiple damage (deliberate or unintentional), customer abuse or neglect, including excessive soiling or stains. Please make sure your items are secure while you transport them home. We do not tie items onto your vehicle. The Parts and Service department is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 to 6:00. Sunday 12:30 to 4:30. With the exception of Montage and Sauder products, our warranty supersedes all manufacturer's warranties.
Sauder Warranty: Easy to assemble items by Sauder Woodworking Co. come with a factory direct warranty. For service call 1-800-523-3987.
Floor Models/Final Closeouts: Any item purchased from our showroom floor is sold "as-is". Some items in our store are marked final closeout. These items have no warranty. Please inspect these items to your satisfaction.
Customer Pick Up/Drop Off Service/Shipping
Customer Pick-upYour order will be processed during our store's business hours. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours in regard to pickup information. Our warehouse is open for customer pickup Monday-Saturday from 9:30 til 6:15 and Sunday 12:30-4:30. If you need assistance sooner, please feel free to give us a call at (615) 256-5200 to confirm your order and verify product availability.
Nashville, Tennessee Area DeliveryYour order will be processed during our store's business hours. You will be contacted within 48 hours in regard to Drop Off information. A separate payment for Delivery Fees will be processed in store after we receive and confirm your order. Local Drop Off is available and delivery fees charged are based on your Zip code. Please reference the tables below:

"Drop Off Service" means that we bring the furniture to you home and place it in the room you want it. We do not set up or unbox furniture.

We advise that you contact us at (615) 256-5200 or email email@example.com prior to making your purchase to allow us to obtain a no obligation shipping quote for you. Shipping large items can be costly especially over long distances.
If you approve a quoted shipping fee, we will process the payment for shipping in store after you place your merchandise order online.
