The delivery service we provide is a drop off service only. Bedroom furniture and other case goods are delivered in the box. Sofas and upholstery delivered in plastic and/or the box. The customer is responsible for any necessary assembly or set up.
Please clear a wide path from your front door to the room where the furniture is to be placed. Remove mirrors from walls, children's toys, curio cabinets, ect.. We do not move or haul off existing furniture.
Please do not request our delivery personnel to force furniture up stairs, through halls, or through doorways which are not large enough for the furniture. In any case where damage occurs to either the furniture or the dwelling, we will not be held liable.
If you are not home for your delivery during the time frame specified, there will be an additional fee for redelivery of the furniture. The delivery will be made at the next available time. Once your delivery is scheduled, the fee is nonrefundable.
The Parts and Service department is open Monday through Friday from 9:30-6:00. Weekend service is not available.
All Sales Final. We do not do exchange for different merchandise or do refunds.
No COD payments accepted.
For merchandise purchased and delivered by an Internet sale, we require the customer to present (before merchandise is unloaded) the credit card used for the purchase and a matching valid picture ID. We will not deliver items without obtaining these items first. If we are not able to complete a delivery because the credit card and ID are not available, the customer will be responsible for an additional drop-off fee.
Drop Offs are made from 7:30AM to the finish of the day. We are not able to give a specific time. Generally, we deliver on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our office will contact you to verify your desired delivery day and delivery fees. Fees start at $69.95 and vary based on distance and amount of sale.
