Furniture Warehouse, the $399 Sofa Store, will always offer you the best selection of value priced merchandise at near wholesale. The selling price is so low that we simply can not give refunds or do exchanges. Please take time to make your selection.
90 Day In Store Warranty
Furniture Warehouse products carry a 90 day in store warranty. This means: If you have any problem with your new furniture due to manufacturer's defect during the first 90 days from the date of purchase simply bring your furniture to our warehouse and we will repair the problem without additional cost to you. We do not provide transportation for warranty service. This warranty is void in the case of misuse, multiple damage (deliberate or unintentional), customer abuse or neglect, including excessive soiling or stains. Please make sure your items are secure while you transport them home. We do not tie items onto your vehicle. The Parts and Service department is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 to 6:00. Sunday 12:30 to 4:30. With the exception of Montage and Sauder products, our warranty supersedes all manufacturer's warranties.
Sauder Warranty: Easy to assemble items by Sauder Woodworking Co. come with a factory direct warranty. For service call 1-800-523-3987.
Floor Models/Final Closeouts: Any item purchased from our showroom floor is sold "as-is". Some items in our store are marked final closeout. These items have no warranty. Please inspect these items to your satisfaction.
Customer Pick Up/Drop Off Service/Shipping
Your order will be processed during our store's business hours. You will be contacted within 48 hours in regard to pickup information. Our warehouse is open for customer pickup Monday-Saturday from 9:30 til 6:15 and Sunday 12:30-4:30.

If your order is over $1,500.00 an additional $10.00 per $250 increments will be calculated at checkout. An additional $10.00 is charged for a same day delivery (in-store purchases only).
"Drop Off Service" means that we bring the furniture to you home and place it in the room you want it. We do not set up or unbox furniture.
For nationwide delivery outside of the above zip codes, we will obtain a freight shipping quote for your consideration. Typically, the most economical option for long distance shipping is to have your merchandise shipped to a terminal close to your location. From there, you would arrange to pick up your merchandise to take it home. Before your purchase is processed, we must verify the availability of the merchandise you chose to order. Again, we will notify you as to the status of your order within 48 hours.
According to Tennessee State law, out-of-state buyers must pay state sales tax if they take possession of their merchandise in Tennessee.
Accepted Payment Methods
For in store purchases we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, most Debit Cards, and Personal Checks with proper identification (no counter checks please).
For online purchases, we accept Paypal payments only. PayPal is a secure online payment processor that allows you to use your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) to pay for purchases without a PayPal account being required. Our checkout system will guide you through the process.
For you security, we must enforce the following procedures for validating your PayPal payment. If you are picking up your merchandise at our warehouse, you must present valid identification. The confirmed address on your PayPal account must match the address on identification presented. You must also present the credit card that is associated with your PayPal account. Deliveries can only be made to the confirmed address on your PayPal account.
Financing is available to qualified buyers. We offer installment contracts through Mariner Finance with terms of 12 to 36 months and a revolving Furniture Warehouse charge card through Synchrony Financial. See more info on our"Financing Options page."
